VO Social Paris 2026: practical details

Saturday 26 September 2026 Meet from 2 pm at La Felicità, within Station F in Paris. VO Social Paris welcomes voice professionals and those entering the profession. Admission is free. Everyone pays for their own food and drinks.

Saturday's colours Orange, green and yellow. They are not compulsory, simply a way to bring some colour and fun to the gathering. Glitter is welcome too.

Friday 25 September: ✨ Glitter is not optional ✨ Friday evening is party time: full sparkle at La Felicità. I will be there from 6 pm, ready to go all night. Last year, we finished at 4 am. Some stayed out even later, singing through the streets of Paris, karaoke style. Memorable. We have stories. We have photos. If you are already in Paris, come and celebrate with us. It is an informal get-together during the evening, before the official VO Social on Saturday from 2 pm.

A community born in the UK

VO Social began in Manchester in 2015. Voice actors Nic Redman and Leah Marks created it around a simple idea: give professionals who usually work alone a chance to meet outside the studio.

In 2024, Helen and Rob Bee took over the community and continued to develop it. VO Social is now an international network of gatherings for voice professionals, built around sharing, curiosity and kindness.

The Paris gathering is part of that international story. The Voiceover Social website introduces the community and its other initiatives.

Stephanie Matard, organiser of VO Social Paris

An American voice actor based in France, Stephanie Matard is organising the second Paris edition of VO Social. She brings together the official information, times and practical details for the weekend.

I am sharing the gathering with my network because I know how valuable these moments are, and I will be there on 26 September. Stephanie remains responsible for organising it and providing the official information.

To discover her story and work, read her portrait: Stephanie Matard, American English voice actor.

Before looking ahead to the second edition, take a look at the faces from 2025. The first Paris gathering showed how much these simple moments can mean in a profession so often practised remotely.

What 2025 made us want to experience again

Nearly 80 voice professionals met at La Felicità for the first Paris edition. Some came from Paris, others from different parts of France or abroad.

We talked about studios, microphones, casting, narration and projects. Above all, we put faces to voices, caught up with colleagues and met new generations of professionals.

That is the energy the 2026 edition aims to bring back: conversations without a commercial agenda, shared experiences and the pleasure of spending a few hours with people who understand the realities of the work.

Why come to VO Social Paris?

Voice actors from around the world meeting at international events

Many voice actors spend their working days alone in a studio. VO Social offers an easy way to meet colleagues, technicians, producers, directors and other voice professionals. Familiar faces return, new generations arrive, and the network extends well beyond Paris. There is nothing to sell and nothing to prove. We come to talk about our work, share experiences and reconnect the people behind the voices.

To find out more, visit the international VO Social website, read Stephanie Matard's portrait or join the VO Social Paris Facebook group. Detailed information about the 2026 edition remains collected in Stephanie's official article.
