Before the session
Send me your script and brief. We specify the number of messages, music, phone system formats and schedule in a quote. Once it’s approved, we arrange the recording.
During the session
At the other end of the line, callers have only your voice to form an impression. A smile, the right pace, opening hours and names clearly understood: we refine the performance so they feel expected.
Leave the recording to me
I record to your direction. If you haven’t settled on a precise approach, I suggest one. You receive the takes to listen to and send me your feedback.
Direct the session remotely
Join the recording remotely. Together, we adjust the pace, nuances and performance, take by take.

Before recording your greeting
How much does telephone voice over cost?
The rate follows your needs: the number of messages, scriptwriting, music and the formats your phone system requires. Send me your script and I’ll reply personally with a clear quote.
Which files does my phone system need?
I deliver files in the format agreed for your phone system or IVR, for example WAV or MP3, or µ-law or A-law encoded at 8 kHz. Include your system’s specifications in the brief so we can confirm them in the quote.
How many messages do I need for my phone system?
Four usually cover the essentials: a pre-answer greeting, a welcome with opening hours, on-hold messages and an out-of-hours voicemail. Add IVR prompts if you need a menu.
Can I supply my own music?
Yes, if you have the rights for this use. I record the voice over your music. Otherwise, I can propose royalty-free music selected with you or created for your project.
Why choose a human voice rather than a synthetic voice?

Do you record messages in English?
Yes, in English with a French accent, and in Spanish with a French accent depending on the project. For another language, I can refer you to colleagues in my network.
