Before recording
Send me your script and learning brief, including file naming conventions if you have them. We specify the work, usage rights and schedule in a quote. Once it’s approved, we arrange the recording.
During recording
An e-learning module needs a voice that works over time: clear and measured, holding attention and bringing out the essentials. We set the pace for your audience and learning objectives.
I record following the direction we’ve agreed and offer ideas when you’re still finding the tone. You receive the takes for review and send me your feedback.

I perform your script in my broadcast-quality home studio. My sound engineer then helps with the finishing: cleaning, mastering, splitting and naming every file to your conventions, screen by screen if your brief specifies it. You receive files in the requested format, ready to place in your module.
Update a passage, keep the tone
An instruction changes or a chapter is added? I record the passages concerned in the tone of your course. My sound engineer matches them to the previous recordings.
Your names and terminology
Acronyms, product names and specialist terms: send pronunciations with your script so we can check them before recording.

Before launching your modules
What is e-learning voice over?
It’s the recorded narration that accompanies online training: an interactive module, educational video, tutorial, serious game, HR onboarding course or microlearning capsule. It explains, guides and sets the pace, in a tone suited to the audience.
How should I choose a voice for an e-learning module?
Listen over a longer passage: clarity, pace and confidence with your terminology matter. The most useful test is to hear the voice on an extract from your script.
How does recording work?
I record in my home studio, performing the script for your learning brief and audience. If the project includes timecode or several roles, include that in the brief so we can confirm the scope in the quote. The files are then cleaned, split and named to your instructions.
Which e-learning subjects do you record?
Medical and healthcare topics, corporate social responsibility, banking, inclusion and product tutorials: I convey precise information, explain complex ideas and communicate the company’s values clearly.
Are the files ready for an LMS or SCORM module?
Yes. They are delivered in the requested format, such as WAV or MP3, named to your conventions and split by screen or scene when the brief specifies it.
How much does e-learning voice over cost?
The rate follows the volume of text: the more words, the lower the price per word. Cleaning, mastering, splitting and naming are included, as are worldwide rights for the agreed use, with no time limit. Specify whether distribution is internal or public and whether the script uses technical vocabulary, and request a quote with these details.
What are the delivery times?
Send your deadline with your script. I’ll reply promptly and we’ll arrange recording around your schedule. Express delivery is possible when the deadline is tight. Timing depends on the number of words and files. Send these details when you request a quote so we can agree a delivery date.
What happens if the content changes?
I record the passages concerned promptly, keeping the tone of your course. Their sound is matched to your previous recordings so the new passages fit smoothly. Script changes are quoted separately.
Can you produce the course in other languages?
Yes. I select the voice actors, coordinate the recordings and deliver the files for each language. Request a multilingual quote for your project.
Can I try the voice before deciding?
