Apéro Voice – A Virtual French Voice Over Meetup

Apéro Voice isn’t tied to a studio, a region, or a level of experience.
It’s a shared moment, online, open to all French voice over talents — wherever they are based.

From Paris to Montreal, Brussels to Dakar, London to Berlin…
Every edition brings together professionals who speak French and speak voice.

How does an Apéro Voice work?

1. A featured voice

At each session, I invite a guest — a French voice over artist, a casting director, a coach, or a sound professional — someone who inspires me and has something real to share.

We talk about their journey, their craft, their perspective.
It’s not a masterclass. It’s a conversation. With heart.

After a short interview, it’s your turn: ask questions, share your view, or simply listen.

2. Real-time connection

The second part is all about meeting other voices.
Participants are placed in small random Zoom breakout groups to exchange, connect, laugh, ask, inspire…

There’s no format. No pressure.
Just humans behind the microphones.

What we talk about…

Each session is unique. We might explore:

  • How to build a career as a french voice over artist
  • Voice over techniques for advertising, narration, corporate work
  • Working relationships with clients, studios and agencies
  • Voice over in the age of AI
  • Creative doubt, artistic joy, and how we keep learning

But always in a spirit of kindness, honesty… and good humour.

Why Apéro Voice?

Because being a french voice over artist can sometimes feel a little solitary.
Because we grow through connection.
Because sharing stories is what our voices were made for.

Looking forward to seeing you — and hearing you.
