You know that moment when you’d like to talk voice-over with people as passionate as you, in all simplicity? That’s exactly why I’ve come up with Apéro Voice! A sparkling, friendly online get-together to connect all those who love this fascinating profession, whether they’re pros, beginners or simply curious.
The next Apéro Voice is set for Monday April 28 at 7:00 pm. Make a note of the date, prepare your favorite drink (in moderation!) and make yourself comfortable for an evening rich in exchange.
Who is Hervé Lacroix?
Hervé Lacroix’s voice is effortlessly recognizable: warm, embodied, professional. Be curious, it’s part of the job: discover the portrait of Hervé Lacroix, voice-over actor. He is one of the great voices of the French audiovisual landscape. He navigates with ease between advertising, documentaries, on-air dressing and narration. And beyond his performances, Hervé is a generous enthusiast, always ready to pass on his knowledge, exchange ideas and open up the backstage of this demanding profession.
How does it work?
- See you on Monday April 28 at 19:00 on Zoom.
- Hervé’s interview lasts around 1h30, punctuated by questions from the audience (yes, you too can take part, by chat or microphone!).
- Afterwards, it’s time for the after-party: small Zoom rooms in groups of 4, where you can get to know each other, share a bit of the action or simply chat voice-over until 10.30pm (or even later if you feel like it).
The Zoom link will be sent a few days before the event to all subscribers to the dedicated newsletter.
The rules of the game
To preserve the friendly atmosphere that makes the Apéro Voice so charming, we take care to :
- Respect everyone’s speaking time. Self-centered people stay in the waiting room.
- Listening as much as talking.
- Activate your camera so we can really see each other.
- Bring your humility, your curiosity and, why not, a little something to nibble on!
PS: Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.
